Visit the store page and select an item to order and follow instructions to complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation sent by email after payment is made which will state where you should send your clothing bundle to, when I receive your clothes I will send an email to your email address specified to confirm receiving your clothing package, alternatively you can deliver your clothing items personally please email me for details or see the where I am section of this website for address. If payment has been received via bank transfer, cash, cheque or pay-pal then I will start your order

I do not have a waiting list but the more orders are received the longer the turnaround time is from receiving clothes to your completed order. I aim to return your Memory keepsake to you within less than 8 weeks. But this can increase up to 20 weeks at busy time e.g. Christmas, end of school term etc ​If it is to take longer I will notify you by e-mail or text. If you require your Memory Keepsake by a certain date before the 8 weeks we have a Fast track option which is at an extra cost.

7-8 items of tiny baby or perm baby clothes
6-7 items of 0-3 months baby clothes
4-5 items of 3-6 months baby clothes
3-4 items of 6-12 months baby clothes
2-3 items of toddler clothes
1 Medium sized Adult top is enough to make one Memory Bear/Animal

More items can be sent which will add more detail and variety to your keepsake
